At Airmate LK, we are committed to delivering high-quality scenting solutions. Due to the nature of our products, this Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, or replacements are accepted.

Return Eligibility

    We accept returns under the following conditions:

    Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

    Return request must be made within 7–14 days of delivery

    Valid proof of purchase is required

    This aligns with standard diffuser return conditions where items must be unused and returned within a limited timeframe

    Non-Returnable Items

    The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

    Fragrance oils (due to hygiene and safety reasons)

    Opened or used products

    Clearance or final sale items

    Customized or special-order products

    Fragrance products are typically non-returnable because of their personal-use nature and safety considerations

    Damaged or Defective Products

    If you receive a damaged or defective item:

    Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

    Provide clear photos or videos as evidence

    We will offer a replacement or refund, subject to inspection

    Most fragrance and diffuser businesses only allow refunds or replacements for defective or damaged items

    Return Conditions

    Diffuser machines must be returned with all original components and packaging

    Products must show no signs of use or installation

    A restocking fee (if applicable) may be deducted

    Shipping charges are non-refundable

    Industry practices may include restocking fees and non-refundable shipping costs

    Ship the item using a trackable method

    Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

    Refund Process

    Refunds are processed after inspection of returned items

    Refunds will be made to the original payment method

    Order Cancellation

    Orders may be cancelled before dispatch

    Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled

    If refused at delivery, shipping charges may be deducted

    Exchanges

    We only replace items if they are:

    Damaged

    Incorrect items delivered

    Subscription / Service Refunds (if applicable)

    Subscription services (e.g., scent refills or maintenance) are non-refundable once activated

    Security deposits (if any) are subject to agreed contract terms
